Liability Waiver and Onboard Conduct Policy \u2013 Parguera Underwater<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

1. Acceptance of Risks<\/h3>\n

I acknowledge that all aquatic activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, contact with marine life, unexpected weather changes, boat movement, and others. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my own safety and that of the minors under my care.<\/p>\n

2. Individual and Group Responsibility<\/h3>\n

Each family or group is responsible for their behavior during the tour. Any intentional or negligent damage caused to the vessel, equipment, or property of Parguera Underwater will be the financial responsibility of the group or individual involved.<\/p>\n

3. Compliance with Instructions<\/h3>\n

I agree to follow at all times the instructions given by the captain, crew, or guides, especially those related to safety, equipment use, life jackets, water access, and remaining within designated areas of the boat.<\/p>\n

4. Respectful Conduct<\/h3>\n

I agree to act respectfully toward marine life, other passengers, and the staff of Parguera Underwater. Any inappropriate or dangerous behavior may result in the early termination of the tour without the right to a refund.<\/p>\n

5. Liability Release<\/h3>\n

I hereby release and hold harmless Parguera Underwater, its employees, affiliates, operators, and legal representatives from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages occurring during the tour, except in cases of proven negligence.<\/p>\n

6. Authorization for Use of Image (Optional)<\/h3>\n
